Can I try it before paying?

Yes. New accounts get 100 free credits, with no card required. Or check a single address using our free email checker.

What does a credit get me?

One email check costs 1 credit. Credits never expire. Bulk uploads remove duplicates before charging.

Can Bytecheck find emails too?

Yes. Give us a first name, last name and company domain and the email finder looks up the work address — one at a time, in bulk, or through the API. It costs 5 credits per email found. If we can't find one, you aren't charged.

How big can a bulk upload be?

Up to 50,000 items per job. Upload a CSV or paste a list, follow progress, then download your results. For larger lists, split them into multiple jobs.

Can I use the API instead of clicking around?

Absolutely. Create a workspace API key, send JSON, and receive structured results. Email, bulk jobs and account endpoints are documented in the API reference.

Can one account have multiple workspaces?

Yes. Keep different clients, teams or projects in separate workspaces under one login. Each workspace has its own credit balance, team membership, validation history and bulk jobs. Your 100 free signup credits belong to your first workspace; additional workspaces start with zero credits.

Can I create more than one API key?

Yes. Create multiple named keys in each workspace for different integrations or environments. Each key uses that workspace’s credits. Workspace owners and admins can revoke individual keys without replacing the others.

Are the mail-server checks live yet?

The platform is ready to connect to Bytemine’s validation service. Until that connection is configured, a clearly marked preview engine provides basic checks. Preview results are not live mailbox confirmation.
